UI project to explore creative directions and bring "Grow with Google" to life, a learning and training tool for career and business growth.

My role was to guide and shape the art style, balancing adherence to Google's design guidelines while pushing the creative boundaries wherever possible.

While crafting the concepts for the direction, I aimed to infuse storytelling and interactive elements where possible to transform the experience into an inspiring journey.

Google needed a robust, highly flexible design system to ensure consistency across all 32 markets and languages, detailing all the singular components within each module to avoid inconsistencies and ensure future proofing.

Crafting intricate prototypes for live user testing enables us to gather high- fidelity feedback. This feedback serves as a valuable tool for understanding, learning, and enhancing the final product through strategic alterations.
