RR needed an updated responsive website to improve it’s service
for existing members and simply but effectively explain the business model to new customers.

Working directly with the clients, setting up workshop meetings to best understand the business,
alongside what key areas needed to be improved upon with the new website, taking them
through styles / moods and site mapping to best understand goals and a potential position within the market.

I crated interactive UX prototypes and presented them to the client. Once signed off created refined
UI designs and put a new design system in place. Working directly with the development team to ensure
the build functioned and visually matched the designs.
